We will review your message and reach out to you to discuss the details and best date and time for our team to go to your home or business for an inspection. If it is an emergency, you can give us a call to speed up the process.
There is a $49 inspection fee for repairs that will go towards the cost of the repairs if you book us for your project. We value your time as well as our own, and we feel that this inspection fee is the best way to ensure that inquiries are serious and ready for our service.

A member of our team will inspect the problem with your roof or gutters, and we will email you a quote within 24 hours. Complex and extensive damage may require additional inspection time.
Once you accept the quote for the price of the work needed, we will schedule your project. We can usually begin working within the week, but HOA approvals and insurance payments could delay our start time.
We will begin the work with a project manager on site to supervise and take before and after photos. After the work is complete, the project manager or our owner, Steve Dias, will inspect everything to ensure that our high quality standards have been met.
You will then make the final payment.
Note: Our crew does not get paid until the work they've done is inspected and approved. This is just another way that we ensure the high quality of our service and workmanship.

If you are working with an insurance company, we can help your claim get approved. Our owner, Steve Dias, will personally meet your adjuster on site to thoroughly explain the damage to your roof or gutters and help you get the best possible appraisal for repairs or replacement.
Once we have a signed contract for the project, we will require a 50% deposit as well as your deductible before beginning the work. Our team will help you with HOA forms, choosing the roof or gutter color, and will schedule the work to begin as soon as possible. A project manager will be on site to provide your insurance company with photos of before, during, and after the work. Steve Dias will thoroughly inspect the work to ensure that nothing was missed.
The final 50% of your payment balance is due after the inspection. We will then issue you a Certificate of Completion to submit to your insurance company.

We require a deposit for full roof replacements: 50% of the total cost is due when we order your materials, and the final 50% is due the day of completion.
If you are working with insurance due to storm damage, we also require a 50% deposit plus your deductible when we order your materials. We will work with your insurance company to help get the final depreciation check sent out which usually can take from a couple of weeks to a month.
The project manager on site will accept payments for roof repairs, gutter installation, and soft wash. And we can also accept card payments made over the phone to our office.
